help Keyboard wrong/weird key input

I have a SteelSeries apex 350 and i have the weirdest problem with the keys,   P, O, K, L, Spacebar and som other keys don't work anymore.

 When i hit the right arrow key the colors flash, same with the ALT key, plus when i hit A there is always a 2 comming with it

and the numberpad only changes the audio levels

 

What i have tried:

changing languages

changing USB ports

checking for numlock

Tried to go on windows 10 settings > devices > connected devices > and then disconnected the keyboard and plugged it in again

 

is there a way to reset the keyboard completely or is there some settings i have wrong?

If possible still, I would just RMA it.
