Minecraft server help

Hey guys i have a minecraft server and some friends and i are making a game where you have to jump up high and fly around. When we jump up the server stops us because it says we are moving to fast. (we do have jump boost 30 on) is there a way that we can stop the server from preventing us to jump that high?

allow flight in server.properties

yes it is but i dont want flight i want jump
