game stream from nvidia is a thing I know you can do another option would be thunderbolt and use that to do all of the above but you would have to either have a thunderbolt card or it on your motherboard (which i dont think they do). so pretty much a thunderbolt pci card or an nvidia gpu but all you get with an nvidia gpu is the game streaming not the team speak and skype

You're going to need a hub and a pcie card

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Asus-ThunderboltEX-II-Thunderbolt-Adapter-/201525174948?hash=item2eebd622a4:g:7N0AAOSwUuFWzZKU

its an asus card about $70 us

and a hub to recieve the cable

https://www.elgato.com/en/thunderbolt/thunderbolt-2-dock

this elgato one has  3 usb ports 1 ethernet port 1 hdmi 2.0 port and 3.5mm audio jacks it will run you $230 dont know if there is a cheaper solution for this but it does exactly what you need it too and as far as cables go the more you need the more you spend for 33 feet its about $300 this is fairly new tech so it is on the expensive side
