Seagate VS. WD?

So while looking at amazon i've found two hard drives that i'm considering buying but im just wondering what would be the better buy when it comes to reliability.

Both are reliable, but blacks are overpriced for what they are. I'd be comparing a WD Blue to the barracuda.

Both are very reputable brands.  My Seagate has been cranking for going on 4-5 years, but I also have a Western Digital in my old computer, that is still cranking along for much longer.

Both great. WD Blacks are a bit overpriced, imo. Compare against WD Blues.

Both damn near identical. In my experience the barracuda fell between the blue and black, but idk if that was just a weird case. Regardless, just flip a coin or go for whichever is cheaper.

WD's have been shown to usually be more reliable. I use a WD Black and I love it, my friend uses a blue.
