Disable turbo, disable cool n quiet etc but tbh that board will shit itself and die possibly killing your CPU at the same time if you're not keeping your temps under control and a hyper 212 is an intel only cooler imo.

Package temps are only accurate under load, you should also stress test your overclock with IBT AVX like so
