Hey guys, I've just been wondering why it may be that my 12v rail will occasionally jump to 18v for like a second. I've seen it happen twice so far. I have a Seasonic x650 Gold PSU that I got a little over a month ago. It's powering my EVGA GTX 660TI SC GPU and my i5 2500k @4.7GHz. Any thoughts on what it may be?

A little additional information: The voltages on all of my rails normally are at these values:

+12v: 12.000v

+5v: 5.040v

+3.3v: 3.328v

My motherboard is a P8P67 Deluxe and it has had water spilled on it at one point while the system was running. I immediately shut it down and let all of the parts air out for a week before reassembling it and booting it up again with no problem.
