Restart your PC. It happens to me also.

If that does not work then lower the DPI

O had that problem, if i move the usb thing next to the ethernet port then it stops happening.

I have the RAT7 too, but dont have those issues only thing I have is that it seems that its not 100% smooth when ingames... I had a Logitech G300 optical mouse before but that seemed to be more accurate for my FPS gaming at least... 

 

Was hoping for a better experience when I bought the mouse but its too expensive to go get me a new one already :(
