90% Memory Usage with XMP

Hi guys.
I Upgraded my System for about two weeks ago. 
When i use Xmp, Task Manager tells me my Memory usage 90-95% idle. when i dont use it 10-14% usage idle.
its clean format, and have tryed MalwareBytes and spybot for Checking for spyware/Trojans.
My Memory should support XMP 2.0 (http://www.corsair.com/en/vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-dram-2400mhz-c14-memory-kit-black-cmk16gx4m2a2400c14)

System Spec.
Mobo: Msi z170a Gaming M7.
Cpu: Intel 6700k Skylake.
Ram: 16 gb Corsair Vengeance LPX ddr4-2400.
Gpu: KFA2 Nvidia Gtx 980 ti.
Psu: Corsair Cx750m / 750 Watt.

Try overclocking your ram

Or underclocking it

when i Activate Xmp, it clocks it auto to the right speed 2400 mhz and the right timings Corsair Specify at their sheet, default bios its only 2133.
