Can't login (Windows 10) NEED HELP QUICK

Hi Guys. I wanted to create a new user on my laptop because i am going to sell it. When i tried to create a new user i got this message ("User profile service failed the logon User profile cannot be loaded") So i went online and thought i found a solution to this. I followed britecs tutorial

however when i restarted my pc i couldn't even logon as myself anymore. So now im in a real crisis. Is there anyway to fix this. Any hekp would be more than apreciated

Well, it looks like you're going to have to follow a rather convoluted set of steps. You should be able to access the built-in Administrator account via Safe Mode (hold F8 as soon as your BIOS splash screen disappears and before the Windows logo appears), and... Well. Good luck. You might find it easier to just create a new user profile, then copy everything from your old Users\<user> folder to the new one.
