Just drop it in iMovie and set all the stills to the lowest time per slide possible. Export it as a video file and then redrop it back into iMovie and speed up the the file so that its more time lapse like. 

 

 

Done.

 

Optionally, if you have 1,000 stills just remove every 3rd image. Might take awhile but will add to the effect.

You mean a software that takes all the photos from your camera and assembles them into a timelapse?

 

I use After Effects since I can import a series of camera raw or jpeg or other image formats as a video sequence.  Another software I use is LRTimelapse.
