6gb use able??

So the problem i have is that i had 4gb ram so i decided to upgrade to 8gb and i did. after i installed extra 4gb i have 8gb installed but on the taskbar it only shows that 6gb is use able pls help me!!

2x2gb corsair sticks 1333mhz

1x Kingston HyperX 4gb 1333mhz

Your mobo might only support 6gb or windows is using 2gb which is the most likely cause

Tried to Remove and reseat the ram

my mobo supports up to 32gb and my windows probably doesn't use the 2gb because before i upgraded it used the full 4gb >.<

windows used a constant 2gbs for me so yeah...

In your BIOS under Advanced -> North Bridge Configuration -> Memory Configuration, is Memory Hole Remapping enabled? Enable it if not. Also, is DCT Unganged Mode enabled? Again, enable it if disabled and see if that makes a difference.
