You really can't fix it because it is windows way to say "there was an error with memory either retrieving or sending data, please restart" you can get this message/issue because of a varity of circumstances such as using a program that needs more resources than your PC can provide or probably a compatibility issue.

Now you can minimise the issue by doing regular PC OS maintenance, this is assuming the RAM is compatible with your MOBO.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

either a derp in winderk, a problem in your cpu (memory controller), in your motherboard (bad trace), or bad ram sticks.

start with the cheapest: test windows for errors

open cmd as adminstrator, and type the following:

sfc /scannow

It appeared randomly while i was playing Runescape (#nostalgia haha). It never happened before. I installed the OS freshly about a month ago, and RAM is probably compatible cause the PC is 3.5 years old and it is/was running fine. I will list what i have anyway: 2x4GB Corsair vengeance, i5-3450, Gigabyte H77-D3H mobo.

Would it be possible that my cpu/mobo/ram sticks died randomly now?(Specs are above this). I just ran windows memory diagnostic thing and it found no problems. Running CMD thing right now.
EDIT: CMD thing did not find any problems.

I'd download a copy of Memtest86+ and run that for a couple passes just to be sure. Other than that, I'd try disabling XMP in the BIOS if enabled, and while you're in there, flashing the latest BIOS update from Gigabyte to see if that makes a difference. I've seen memory controllers / slots degrade over time and require more voltage to maintain their XMP-rated speeds, so if disabling XMP helps with stability, you might want to keep it off. Many XMP memory modules require 1.65V to run, but the memory controller in the 3450 (and all Ivy Bridge CPU's) is only rated for 1.5V (Intel's way of "encouraging" the enthusiast X-series chipsets?). While it's possible to run it at 1.65V, in my experience issues begin cropping up after a while.

Its running fine now. I will do that what you suggested if the problem comes back. Thanks for your help!
