6600 and 390 is better than 970 in most tests

1) AMD FX-6300 + Zotac GeForce GTX980 4GB  ( 645 € )

2) Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz  + MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB  ( 622 € )

3) AMD FX-8350 + EVGA GeForce GTX970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0  ( 531 € )

4) Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz  + EVGA GeForce GTX970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0  ( 596 € )

 

Which is the best choise? Any other combos suggestions?

The i5 6600 and the GTX 970.
