texture pop ingame

Hi, I recently upgraded my PC, got i7 6700 cpu...nd i've gtx asus 970..12 gb ram
However, in witcher 3 and Especially when am running horse through village, small objects and details keep popping up on the models nd people... 
it is happening with evey game whether it is rise of the tomb raider or dyling light...or do i need ssd.??

Not everything can be loaded in an open world game at once, the FPS would be atrocious, what you're seeing is normal don't worry.
