Bitfenix Pandora GPU Clearance Help

I ordered a bitfenix pandora (set to arrive tomorrow 2/23) and I also ordered an MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GD5T OC today (here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127833&cm_re=gtx_970-_-14-127-833-_-Product) and the GPU height (not length) seems to be within the limits according to some sources but with the PCIE pin connected to the gpu (which will add another 5/8ths of an inch) I wanted to know if I should cancel my order and get something a bit shorter, although the card seems to be barely taller than the pci bracket on the back, making it reasonably low profile.  I can't really find good information on case limited GPU height, any help is much appreciated.

Same issue here, been trying to find out if a MSI R9 390x would fit. But apparently not because of the huge coolers on it. I read somewhere that if your card is under 5 it should fit well.
