k70 RGB key press problems

Hey Linus tech tips forum :)

I have a corsair k70 rgb with cherry mx blues.

sometimes when i press certain letters on the keyboard (fx. the letter "E") it types it multiple times when i only press it once.

i really find it annoying when i try to type something and it times 2-3 extra letters instead of 1.

help please.

Try different bios setting on the back of the keyboard there is a switch.

If it doesnt help, can u try keyboard on a different machine ?

If nothing helps, RMA it asap.

He said he tried it on a different computer so the BIOS switch is irrelevant.

He needs to either RMA or solder on a new RGB MX Blue switch.  And those switches aren't currently buyable from anywhere (the non RGB MX blues are, but that won't help), so he has to RMA it.
