Ethernet Alternative Or?

Currently I live in the bedroom above where the router connection is there is no possible way to get an ethernet cable down their nor am i allowed to run a 100 ft cord around the house to the room. When streaming over the wifi sometimes my game tends to spike between 50-60 ping upwards to 150-200 ping. My current speed is 30 down , 4 up , and should be upgrading to 50 down 6-8 up in the next week or so. What is the best way to maintain low ping w/o ethernet?

Could you link me a reliable one and I had see those before are they would you say better than wifi in terms of in game latency but worst than Ethernet or the same?

its basically ethernet that uses the existing electrical wiring in your home, its way better than wifi

 

check out tp link, netgear etc they all do sets,, even the cheapest models are good

In what way aside convenience is powerline much better than Ethernet?

sorry I was meant to say "way better than wifi" I will edit my post haha

Ok that's better.

It is in no way better than Ethernet.  Except if you have to run a cable like that.
