Are you using Vulkan? Then use this one, if not, you can stay with the other one. 16.1.1

This driver doesn't have Radeon Setting, if you have no intention to test Vulkan then stick with previous Crimson.

that vulcan will give me better perfomance with games? i read it lowers the cpu usage
