Asus ZenWatch manager

Hi, 

 

I recently bought the Asus ZenWatch (1st gen) and I wasn't able to connect it to the ZenWatch manager, although it's connected to Android Wear. 

 

Any one knows how to solve this? 

Already tried Factory Reset and the watch is updated but nothing changed.
