Hi guys can someone of you help me plz i am having a audio problem when i use headsets on my laptop 

the audio stars slowing down for a breif second i got used to it but it got annoying and then it effects games now 

the game just black screen for 2-3 seconds and it is relly bad for me to handle if this happend to you plz help

System specs and headset, please. It's hard for us to help if you don't say exactly what's involved.

I agree with @Dash Lambda without more than general information, it is not possible to give detailed advice.

 

As an example how could anyone know if you are using LifeChat LX-3000 on a Windows 10 machine...which, as there are no Windows 10 drivers you may have downloaded a driver from a non-microsoft site. This erogenous driver may have been bundled with malicious software, giving you the problems you describe and have nothing to do with the quality of the audio channel.

 

As a side note Microsoft recommend downloading and running the Windows 7 LifeChat LX-3000 driver in compatibility mode for Windows 10 and setting the headphones as the default device for playback.
