Windows 10 on multiple computers?

Sorry, you have to buy and install a copy of windows on each machine.

Hello!

I just built my first pc and I bought a Windows10 copy, not OEM, to it. In about a month or two I'll build my parents a new computer too.
And after all that to the question: Can I use the same licens on booth or will I have to buy a new one for my parents computer?
