A friend of me is between these 2 graphics cards which one do you suggest and why ? And can it be supported on this motherboard?

AMD R7 360 -- Specs  Or  Nvidia GTX 750 Ti -- Specs  And His MotherBoard I suggested him the R7, they have the same price in Greece close to 130€ (144.7 $) (100.4 £)

750 Ti, will perform well with low end CPUs.
