Started playing ranked CS, any tips?

I've started playing ranked since people suggested me to do that do avoid annoying people and so far so good, only one time I found a flamer but we managed to tie the game anyway.

I won 3 games and tied one so far.

 

Now valve wanted me to get a break

 

 

I'm playing only Dust since that map is easy to remember and fairly balanced on both sides. Any other tip to keep this streak going?
