Does anyone know any news about DDR4 Memory I have heard little bits but wondered if any of you guys know anything

Faster than DDR3 but higher latencies and the speed gain will be negligible.

Will be very expensive new tech.

Bottom line: Not worth waiting for.

Any statistics to see this from?

It is due to DDR2's cas latency of 4-5 compared to DDR3's 9-11, lower cas latency equals higher perforance.
