Help !!!!

Hi, I built my PC in about mid October and I've had no issues what so ever until now, I used it yesterday and it ran as normal but today whilst trying to boot into Windows I had a message saying trying to repair my D drive (2tb WD Black) and then Windows would take ages to go to the lock screen and then after signing in it took about 5 minutes to take me to my desktop which was then empty... What is confusing me more is that Windows is loaded onto my SSD not my hard drive. I've restarted the computer and booted into the bios and checked to make sure it was reading everything correctly which it is but I'm not to sure what to do.

Try removing the HDD and boot.

sounds like a bios setting has been changed, most like the m.2 settings, so the drive isn't been seen at the moment. Try a CMOS clear, check settings and also do as @Castdeath97 said and unplug the HDD
