Which build is better for gaming? Can you guys help me improve them? Can it run league of legends at 720hd at 80fps and me watching a stream at the same time?

Down the line you can add an SSD and if you need even upgrade to i5 6600k or i7 6700k but if CPU upgrade is the case try to upgrade motherboard to something on Z170 chipset so you can overclock

This is good except don't understand why a 212 evo, stock cooler is fine.

You can use the extra money to get an i5 6500.

Perhaps a slightly better PSU....

If you can afford it a better case like the s340. Otherwise this is fine.

PSU aren't good enough for my liking - both of them are pretty low tier.

 

Try to find a 500W SeaSonic/XFX PSU you can afford.
