CPU/GPU benchmarking tool

I'd like to test temps of my new cooler and the performance of my CPU as I haven't really properly tested it yet. I'd like to know some good CPU and GPU bench-marking solutions. Preferably 1 software that will utilize 100% of both the GPU and CPU.

CPU: Intel Burn Test, Prime95, AIDA64

GPU: 3DMark, Furmark, Unigine Heaven/Valley

 

I don't know any that will run at the same time, but you can try running Furmark and AIDA64 at the same time :P

Avoid P95 and Furmark.
