I am from Romania and i'm curious if ncix.com deliver to my country and if so how much do I have to pay for delivery, taxes and so on.

Amd FX 6300,Noctua NH-L9x65 CPU cooler ASRock 980DE3/U3S3, 8GB Corsair Vengeance Ram, Nvidia Gt 440, 1x 120 gb Kingston Savage SSD,1x 1Tb WD Hdd 1 x 320 gb WD HDD, 1x 640 WD HDD.

It is cheaper to buy from Europe for sure. :)

Not necessarily. My friend bought a 7970 from NCIX and got it shipped to the U.K. He got charged £70 tax and it was still cheaper by about £50.
