so I turned off my PC earlier today. Came back and when I tried to boot up i would get this error code (0xc000000f)

Here's a video I just recorded to show you exactly what I'm dealing with.

Thanks for any help you guys have.

update: I disconnected my hard drives, booted up to the Windows 10 installer usb, installed it on a new partition and everything seems fine. So if I try to start up from my first petition then I go back to the error message. However, even though my ssd and hard dive is full of stuff, I can't access it anymore (I think it's because all my files are on partition 1) so now what am I supposed to do to get my files accessible again?

Try plugging it into a usb 2.0 port if possible.

If that doesn't help, try booting into your BIOS, then boot to the flash drive from there.

So I was able to prioritize the USB and got to Windows. I disconnected all my hdd so I could only re install Windows to my ssd. It all went pretty smoothly. Finally got to the welcome screen on Windows 10. Thinking I fixed it I turned off my PC to plug back in my hdd' only to run into this same bullshit blue screen.
