T6i AF Selection Button Issue

Quick Update:

It is no longer having the issue as of right now, but Ill bump the thread if the issue is happening again, idk why is was doing what it was doing.

Okee so I come home and go over to my camera and I realized now that every single time that I turn it on it automatically greets me with the AF point selection screen and once I exit out of that using the touch screen, the physical AF selection button next to the ISO button doesnt do anything when I press it.

The AF point select screen only instantly appears when I turn on my camera using manual (M) and P (Program AE)

I have tried a few troubleshooting methods but to no success and I cant find anything on Google about anyone having a similar issue :/
