I have an MSI R9 390 8G GPU.

I get just about 60FPS on GTA V with 4x AA, and everything else on very high/ultra.

I want to overclock it to get a few more frames on some games, and I think I will disable my second monitor that stays still (during gaming) which is 1920x1080@60 so a few useless FPS.

My PSU is an XFX XTR 750W 80+Gold.

I will do 50+ power draw and go from there, then back off if I get crashes.

Also, my monitor can go to 75Hz reportedly (although I get a warning, so I'm not sure) and it is a 60Hz monitor, so should I make it 75Hz for games like league of legends (it won't burn or anything?)

I've had my monitor overclocked to 75hz for over a year. It'll just void your warranty and make it die a little quicker but imo it's worth it for the extra smoothness.
