Chrome Shockwave player keeps crashing

Alright so my google chrome's  shockwave player keeps crashing so I can't watch any video of linus :( w/out using IE

 

I went into plug ins to check what it was using for flash and it's using google's flash player and not my os's (win8)

 

How do I add my os flash player, then I'll disable my browser's (what yahoo answers is telling me to do :P)
