Galaxy S3 Browser closing

I have searched Google for this but only returned people saying they have this issue no results, so I am hoping someone here knows a solution.

Whenever I am using my browser I need to be extremely quick because within 5 minutes the browser (no matter what browser, default, firefox, chrome) suddenly closes and the screen goes back to the screen I was on before launching the browser, whether it be an app or the home screen. 

I have tried restarting but it just acts as a temporary fix, as the issue comes back within an hour. I have had the issue for a month or two, it never used to do it, but its getting really annoying as I am busy doing something important and the browser just closes. There have been times when I have been tempted to throw it at a wall, its been annoying me so much.
