Display Guide Needed

I'm looking to buy a new display to attach to my laptop, my only requirement would be a hdmi port and 27". I wish to keep the price under $200, the ones I have been looking at are the following:

Any of these good or are their any other recommendations? My main use would be school work and occasional gaming such as Smite or Blade and Soul.

Both of those are good monitors that has much better response times.
