Twitch showing me offline only on my dashboard

I have recently started streaming on twitch. All my settings seem to be right in obs and people can see my stream and it seems to work fine for my viewers. I, however, can only see "offline" where my viewer count is supposed to be. The picture and chat comes through fine. I have to bring up my stream in an incognito window to see viewers. I've emailed twitch but I got nothing from that. It just seems like a bug. It used to work. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know.

Just a bug that happens keep refreshing till it says the view count
