Shared Storage PC Build

Hey guys I need a little advice on how I can use my HP 8000 Elite Tower PC as a shared storage PC.  I am going to use it as photos and videos backup as well as software too.  I'll have 2 laptops and 2 desktops that will be accessing it.  I have picked out the hard drives I want to use and hope it will be enough 3 7k3000 HGST 2 TB 64MB cache 7200 RPM drives.  What software would I need and how to set it up the right way?  Thank You

It has SATA 6gbit and supports RAID 0, 1 and 10

I did not think about that the HP only uses SATA 3gbit so I guess that HP won't be as reliable to use as a Windows Sharing PC
