Bridged Mode in VirtualBox

So I'm trying to tun a server virtual machine using Virtualbox. The server instructions state that you need to use bridged mode in VirtualBox to make it work. Here is the problem: When I select bridged mode, nothing shows up. I read the FAQ and then installed the TAP driver, yet still nothing shows up. Attached is a screenshot. How can I set up bridged mode? What am I doing wrong?
