New PC Rig for dying cpu

Hello to everybody!

I'm writing becouse my CPU it's litteraly dying (I have the actual cpu from 2010) and the socket it's 1156.

My actual rig it's:

-PSU: OCZ ModXStream 700W

-CPU: i3 540 socket 1156

-MB: AsRock H55M-LE

-RAM: 4GB DDR3 Kingstone (I have 2GB more but the MB started to don't load it since 2 years)

-VGA: HD6850 Sapphire 1GB GDDR5

-HDD1: 500GB WD Caviar Green

-HDD2: 500GB Hitachi 7200rpm (I don't remember the model no.)

-Case: Enermax Phoenix Neo

 

The usage it's for programming expecialy, but I will play some games like dota 2, minecraft, cs:go and not much else.
I will use linux on single boot and sometimes an VirtualMachine on linux (I will not expect to give to that more than 2GB of ram and 2 cores).

My plan it's to change only MB,CPU,RAM and CPU heatsink for now, my budget can reach about 350€, I'm from Italy.

My first plan it's to buy an AMD CPU FX8350 or FX8320E, but I can pick another CPU (intel/amd) without any problem. Obviusly I cannot stay with the boxed heatsink becouse it's not powerfull enought (I use my pc a lot of time) and I prefer to don't buy liquid cooler/s.

If you need more information I will try to give you all of them.

i5-4460 (i3-4170 if that pushes the budget too much) + Any B85/H81/H97 board + any 8GB set of DDR3 + whatever heatsink (I recommend the be quiet! Pure Rock and Cryorig H7)
