Graphics Card Recommendation Needed

Hello i need a recommendation for a graphics card and i need one low profile and it needs to run GTAV at 30FPS and American Truck Simulator at 30 to 60FPS

I followed Linus's guide to building a gaming PC for cheap Here is my specs

2x Intel Xeon L5420 at 2.50 GHz

8.00 GB of ECC Ram

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

1600x900 Monitor

XFX One R-Series Radeon HD 5450

the trick to finding a graphics card on the cheap is to go look at the older flagship models of like 2010 or 2012

Well i built my PC and i already spend 400$ on my PC and then it would not start so i had to buy a cheap one but it doesn't have a 16x slot it has a 8x slot and i bought a adapter to use the graphics card but it is a riser card so i could not put a full size card into that slot
