Hello guys, 

 

I have a RAID-0 setup and my configuration is down below in my signature. Looking at the picture here:

 

 

Can I set up Intel Rapid Storage Technology and cache the operating system with the 2nd partition from the RAID-0 array? Would there be any benefit from it? Or would it not work (or matter?) since the system is built on RAID-0?

It wouldn't work, putting the cache on the same effective drive as the data being cached would defeat it's purpose.

As Helping said, backing up to the same array would be pointless because you would also lose the backup if a drive in the array failed. You'll want to backup to that 2TB drive
