I have a fan which in my case. I plug the 3 pins in to the NB_fan.When i run the pc,the noise sound just like a bee .How to fix it i changed my fan 2 times .I think the power too much and until the fan become noise.Sry For my english poor.

Have you tried changing the BIOS settings, so that it won`t be given that much power?

when you restart your computer, you need to tap `delete` on your keyboard, than you go into the  BIOS, which is a motherboard menu for all sorts of stuff. When you`re there, you`ll probably see fan curves and settings and change them to other modes, it may be on `performance mode` or on something else. Depending on your motherboard it may look like this: Change it to `Power saving`

 

If that didn`t work, go into `advanced Mode` F7 and go to your fan modes or CPU fans and change to lower RPM

Mine BIOS is not same with your.Mine BIOS is like this

I cant see the picture you posted. can you tell me the maker and the model number of the motherboard?

My Motherboard BIOS is same like this

Motherboard:Gigabyte G-MA78GM-US2H (rv1.0)

Press F7 and there will be more options, for a lot of stuff, try to look for fan/fan-profile

check under PC Health Status i think that fan control is set there.
