casing accesories?

so recently i bought a used silverstone raven rv01 for like 70 bucks and then i found out that it didn't come with the radiator bracket from the box (the owner lost it) does anyone here has experiencing in requesting spare parts like those from the manufacturer/distributor?

Ask the prev owner for an invoice, and you'll be set. RMA only requires an invoice.

thing is, he bought the case wayyyy back in 2010/2009 and the abyss has the invoice now lol. so an rma will do?

can`t you make it yourself or let someone else make it? I don`t think it would be that hard to make and not that expensive

Hm. Contact Silverstone and see if they're nice. Hopefully they are; most PC component guys are. If not, tweet them and see if they respond then.
