5960x makes gpu crash

So I had 2 390x cards in a fx9590, and it was fine. I moved the 2 390xs into a system with a 5960x. I've isolated the problem, and it's the cup. Cpu is brand new, godlike gaming motherboard, 64 gb ddr4. Using the 5960x makes games and other things crash. As long as the gpu is not stressed, it works fine. If it is stressed, it crashes. Also, when two cards are installed, the PC crashes, one gpu will not crash, but it still can not be stressed.

i i have is the cpu. I dont know if the product number is on it, or on packaging or something.

but the cpu is fine in cinebench

runs thru, no crashes, when i bench gpu in cinebech, it crashes
