I can almost guarantee you didn't plug the 24-pin in hard enough. I have the same PSU and I did this like twice.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

The G2 has a fanless mode. So fans not spinning is normal, but you are getting no power which is not normal.

Is you PSUs power switch on the back turned on?

Is the power cable plugged in to the PSU and to the wall?

Is the wall power outlet switch turned on?

is your 24 pin connector missing 1 slot on one end and 2 slots in the other ?

The two slots that plug into the PSU are incredibly finnicky and stiff. You gotta jam them in there really good.

Plug everything else in really good. If it doesn't work you might have to start testing different components and RMAing them if they don't work.

yes

Try each button position on that switch, wait 10 seconds, then try turning on your PC? You sure it's plugged in? Is your CPU properly seated? RAM? etc

Might be time to RMA something, starting with the PSU

It might be the case, try using a paper clip or something metal to short out the  power switch pins on the motherboard. If it doesn't turn on it is probably a dead motherboard.

I like to kill hardware. In 2016 alone I have killed 20 Xeon 5160, and 10+ Pentium 4.

Try another power cord, i had similar issues to but it ended up to be a dead power cord
