Windows 10 blue screen

Go to solution Solved by scruffy0402,

"0x4 is an uncorrectable error caused by a pci-e error".the network card was definitely the problem, I haven't had an issue once with it removed, but as soon as i put it in i get the error. It sucks that i lost all my data over something as simple as a network card but at least my pc works again :)

Every single time I turn on my PC windows freezes while trying to boot and eventually takes me to a bsod that says "whea uncorrectable error", it then either never completes collecting the error info so I have to hard stop it or it takes 5+ minutes. I've tried searching online for help, nothing works. I've tried lowering cpu voltage, doesn't work. I then started getting the error in the image below every time I tried getting into windows, and when I open the boot manager it says the only windows install is windows 7 ( i tried searching this online and none of the fixes work, bootrec commands etc). All I want is for this terrible os to work =(

The only way for me to get into windows now is to wait for the bsod to happen, hard stop it and keep repeating  that until it takes me to the automatic repair.

Currently at stock speeds to try and fix it, I also lowered the cpu voltage to try and fix it because apparently that's what causes the issue

Does it boot at all? Or does it just crash?

It only boots after around the 2nd time I hard stop it, and that's only because it tries to auto repair. I tried restoring to an older point, but at this point there is literally a new bsod every time I boot. Probably going to end up deleting all my stuff because windows 10 is literally cancer

Yeah the only thing I can think of is a clean install. It sounds like a corrupted OS. At least your hardware is fine though :)

I've basically given up on my PC at this point. I've reinstalled windows 10 once, it still happened. I then tried a fresh windows 7 install, it would work sometimes but most of the time it would just get stuck booting up. I'm back on a new windows 10 install and again still fucked. I can't get into my os. It's literally bricked, it just gets stuck on booting and says "whea uncorrectable error". Anyone know any possible way this could be fixed, or do I need to buy a new cpu =/
