What PSU?

I am looking to replace my power supply today but I don't have much money so I will not be changing for a while after I get this PSU. I've attached a photo of a PSU calculator which should help a little bit. Please suggest any PSU that is semi/full modular because I don't need 500 cables that can't do any thing in my system.

that recommended one is actually damn good

That's a good recommended one. If you are looking for a cheaper option look at some XFX units.
