A 980Ti at the very least, although two 980Tis are recommended for 4K gaming at max settings.

980Ti SLI, there's virtually no reason to spend extra money on a Titan X SLI build.

Double R9 Nano/390x is going to be enough IMO. At one point I was using a 290x and a 390x in CFx and it was able to run 60fps easily in most 2014--2015 games.
