Either way I'd wait for Pascal. If Pascal is a big leap then go for it but if not then buy the GTX 970 which by then will have dropped in price. I'm thinking about Pascal but when I get a better case I'm having GTX 780 Lightning SLI again so I might wait for Volta which is apparently coming to the market in 2018.

And should i don't buy my GTX 970 and wait for Pascal?

Ideally, might as well wait since it's so close to being released. But realistically, it's not like a 970 won't perform or anything; it's still a very capable card. Yeah you'll be a generation behind, but frankly I got buddies of mine still rocking Kepler based cards without issue. All depends on what you want to do with it and if you have some patience to wait it out.

Also I wouldn't recommend jumping on the Pascal bandwagon right at release; if history is any indicator, you should wait a bit for some of the major bugs to be worked out just in case. I've always operated under the general rule of never being first for anything.
