Desktop-PC Upgrade

First of all here my current PC-Components:

 

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600k 3,4 GHz
GPU: Zotac GTX 580
RAM: 8GB (4x2 GB Corsair 1333 MHz)
OS: Windows 10 Prof 64 Bit
Power Supply: ATX 750 Watt CORSAIR 750HX 80Plus-Silver
Mainboard: ASUS P8P67 LE (Rev 3.0)

 

Which parts should I change if I want to play current and future games in 1440p, 120 Hz+, High to Ultra and decent FPS for as long as possible?

 

This is my plan;

1. Overclock the CPU to ~4 GHz

2. Change GTX 580 GPU to the "EVGA GTX980 TI FTW Gaming ACX2,0 + 6144 MB, PCI-E, DVI, HDMI, 3x DP" ~712 Euro (For Shoplink klick here)

3. Change current RAM to "CORSAIR Vengeance LP Series Black DDR3-1600, CL9 - 16 GB Kit" ~ 90 Euro (For Shoplink klick here)

 

Any other suggestions?

maybe a SSD? if u don't have allready one

Oh I forgot to mention I have the Samsung 850 EVO as a SSD
