How do I OC my 860k in an ASUS A68hm-K board?

I'm not familiar with the Asus bios, plus I haven't overclocked a CPU before. I've got a Hyper T4 and the max temp I have hit is ~52 degrees C.

On a side note. Is there something I can use to track my power supply draw? I just want to see what it's pulling.

I'm not familiar with teh asus bios as well but to monitor your power drawage, you'll need a plug meter (unless you have some high end psu withj monitoring built in ;-) )
